Movie plot about "Street Fighter: The Legend of Chun-Li"

The bad point about this movie is... there is no subtitle from Chinese to English.
So, quite a disadvantage to non-Chinese people.

Before I managed to head my house's doorstep, my neighbour's dog... somehow "ran out" from his "jail". More like a jail-dog, because he's always kena kept in that place. Owner never bring him out for a walk. zzz!~

And btw, there's a dead cockroach in front of him. Did he kill it?
