A movie about a mysterious thief called K-20 who only steals things from the rich and help the poor in an incredible way. One day, a circus acrobat named Heikichi was conned by a man with a scar on his left cheek. This man is actually K-20 in disguise. As such, Heikichi was arrested by Akechi and mistaken as K-20. To prove his innocence, he rescued Yoko.
