Time constraint + Cold environment in Jurong West Public Library = cannot think properly

Ya... library may be a good place because it is quiet. Staying few hours inside, cannot tahan liao? lol~

Perhaps too little people inside the library ba, thus the coldness.
More people = warmer (:
Less people = colder ):
Why? Human Beings produce heat.

And no wonder, during FYP Phrase 1... always got problem in what place to do FYP.

In some places, I also dunno why they blast their air-con until so cold. =.="
Optimal temperature pls... save electricity as well. =P
