Finally Week 1 of Internship is over. What can I say? Time flies? Or time past as though it is like years? Well, it really depends. If you got something to do and you know how to do it, time flies... seriously. Let me recall my Week 1 Internship from 21 April 2008 to 26 April 2008.

21 April 2008
1st day of Internship. Wa sian... I travel by bus this time round... is so boring cuz traffic jam. When can I get use to this jam? 17 weeks? It's hell!

Do some paperworks on this day. Search for missing invoices, transferring of Audit Report to new file. Last one... is zzz... call customers who owe money. zzz...

Rainy day. Even I left house at 7pm, still late. zzz... massive traffic jam along the way. Die lar, if rainy day... sure late liao. -.-"

Anyway, same as 21 April 2008, call again. In the end dio negative feedback and nv give me this task le. -.-
Heng, this task not that easy. If you offend the customer, really dead meat.

Well, other tasks to do on this day. Sorting of invoices and keying of some data entries. Oh ya, finally network is ready for my comp. Surf web? MSN?

More of sorting receipts and practice on factoring entry. Hehe... sounds easy? Maybe 1st attempt = difficult. If you do it correctly in next few attempts, you will find it easy. Agree?

Factoring entry. This time is real. Die, did something wrong. dio scold. lol~ she seemed bad tempered as in... if you do something wrong, she will get angry very easily. Is she that type of person? Yes she is, other staffs there also say so, just that, if you do things correctly, she will be very happy. Hmmm... 判若两人??? Then this factoring stuff, need to deliver on Monday, so I report to office at a later time. Just make sure that I need to get things done before heading back to office. =)

Sorting of letters again. Wa, so messy that it takes me HOURS to complete it. Here cheques, there statement... 1 whole stack... a lot sia.

Last task for today: Checking of receipts. Since I'm unable to complete it, I continue tomorrow. ^^

A continuation of work from 25 April 2008. Any problem, leave a note and ask on Monday (28 April 2008). Yay... knock off at 1pm. Oh ya, since I start my alternate Saturday on this day, next week (3 May 2008), I no need go.

btw, I love Saturday in terms of travelling. The traffic is so smooth!!! ^.^
