4th job hunting process: TOUGH! Depends on your own luck.

Somehow, I hunt a Frozen Ice Book from Blue Kentaurus under 10 minutes during non-2x Drop Rate. Whereas most of my buddies and friends have been hunting for hours. Perhaps I am VERY lucky. xD
