The common announcement you will hear this in stations and trains, "Your attention please, eating or drinking is not allowed in the stations and trains. Thank you for helping us to keep the stations and trains clean, for the comfort for all passengers."The common sign appearing in stations and trains too (perhaps almost everywhere), "No eating or drinking. Fine $500."But why do I see 3 students from Anderson Sec drinking cold drinks in a MRT train? Fooling themselves from 1 end of train car to another end. I wondering what's in their mind. Hmmm... maybe their last mid-year exam paper had just ended today, so they went for a happy hour? LOL.In the first place, it is not right to consume any foods and/or drinks in the train. What if you spilled them? Who is going to clean it? Will you feel any comfort in the trains? You tell them not to do that, on the other hand you afraid that they may scold you as a kaypoh (busybody). So what? Inform station staff?Labels: Life
